This page will explain what the JAMISON LAW, LLC website can and cannot do. It will also give you a description of what an inquiry entails.

Nothing on this website, including your inquiry to JAMISON LAW, should be construed as creating an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with JAMISON LAW shall only be created when JAMISON LAW offers representation to you and you accept that offer. If and when such events take place, said events will be memorialized in writing by virtue of a written Representation Agreement between JAMISON LAW and you.
If you contact JAMISON LAW through this website, Attorney Mandy A. Jamison will endeavor to contact you. If you do not hear from Attorney Jamison within two (2) business days, we suggest you contact JAMISON LAW directly at (937) 435-4000. During the initial call, you may be asked questions about your legal matter, based upon the type of problem(s) that you are experiencing. All information that you share with Attorney Mandy A. Jamison of JAMISON LAW will be privileged and confidential. At the discretion of Attorney Mandy A. Jamison, Attorney Jamison may request that you provide JAMISON LAW with some specific documents related to your matter for a cursory review by Attorney Mandy A. Jamison. You will not be assessed any legal fees absent being advised of such charge in advance, and subject to your consent regarding the same. Do not produce documents unless JAMISON LAW asks you to do so. You will be responsible for retrieving all documents that you provide to JAMISON LAW.
Neither your inquiry nor Attorney Mandy A. Jamison’s follow-up call will prompt or include an in-depth review or analysis of relevant documents or evidence related to your matter, nor identification of all possible claims and defenses that may be available to you. The attorney’s review of your information may include an initial analysis, looking at known facts, the pertinent law, and the strengths and weaknesses of your case. Often this limited analysis is subject to a Consultation with JAMISON LAW and is subject to the JAMISON LAW standard Consultation fee.
A legal Consultation may be scheduled in-office or via telephone, depending upon your preference and availability, and the availability of the attorney. Legal Consultations are typically scheduled for up to one (1) hour, and may include reservation of a portion of that allotted time to review documents or conduct research as deemed appropriate by the attorney based upon the facts of your particular matter. Costs for Consultations constituting up to one hour of the attorneys time are subject to a charge of $200.00, based upon the attorney’s hourly rate of $225.00. In some cases, a thirty (30) minute Consultation may be offered at a rate of $100.00. Consultation fees must be paid no less than three (3) days before a scheduled Consultation to secure your appointment, and cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Additional time will be be subject to additional charges; again, you will be informed of any charges prior thereto and subject to your consent with respect to the same.
If you contact JAMISON LAW in response to a promotion or offer of free consultation, be sure to mention that offer and the source of the offer when contacting JAMISON LAW. All offers are subject to the terms and conditions associated with said offers.
Please understand that even though you may have decided you would like to engage JAMISON LAW to represent you, JAMISON LAW reserves the unconditional right not to represent you. There are many reasons why JAMISON LAW might decide not to represent you. If JAMISON LAW makes such a decision, it should never be taken personally or as an indication that JAMISON LAW would not consider representing you in another matter in the future. A decision to offer representation, including the terms of such representation, is made on a case by case basis.
